Four months after filing a civil suit in 2012, Holly Lake Ranch Association agents assaulted me. After the assault, Holly Lake Ranch Association agents made false felony charges with police. Cost me at least $20k in fees and 2 1/2 years of grief to be acquitted in less than 12 minutes ( http://www.tylerjustice.com ).
The Holly Lake Ranch Association placed a gate, video surveillance equipment, and posts on my land. The Holly Lake Ranch Association refuses to remove the obstructions and invasion of privacy. The Holly Lake Ranch Association files charges with a former member of the board of directors that is now a justice of the peace. Although disqualified, the J.P. ordered my arrest four times.
