HolyGuest of Airbnb is a terrible, awful company. Stay far away. I wish I read google reviews on Holyguest Israel before staying at 21 Sirkin.

All in all I strongly advise anyone to stay away from all Holyland Tel Aviv guest properties as its an unreliable, dishonest company. The apartment itself is much older than advertised. Oddly, there are only two toilets. Yes, there are 4 bathrooms, but only 2 toilets in those 4 bathrooms.

The doors of the bedrooms barely close, the handles on the bathrooms and doors are falling off and the apartment is much older than advertised. Two toilets isn’t a lot for 4 bedrooms.

The biggest issue, however is the lack of Wifi, and AC, as well as response of the hosts.

Wifi didn’t work the first two days I was in the unit, and there was barely any response from the hosts about it.  After 1 day, someone showed up banging on the door, let him in, he tried to fix it, couldn’t then left. He disappeared for another day, and Holyland guests which claims to be a major Airbnb company wouldn’t help at all. Finally after two days Wifi worked.  It required two visits of multiple hours.  Of getting texts with instructions of what to do to fix it. Am I a handyman?

Then, the heat broke for another two days, and once again, no reply from the host or Holyland guests. Simply annoying and unacceptable.  Then he showed up 2 hours earlier then scheduled, took few hours of someone working in the house, drilling and making noise.  Who wants that?

Then once again Wifi went out three days in a row.  Sometimes they respond, sometimes they don’t.  When they do, they come after 2 hours spend time in the unit.

After a 14 hour day, came back to screaming neighbors complaining that theres a water leak and he needs immediate access. Only time i heard from owner was her wanting access to the apartment on the last day because of a water leak.

So for 7 of the 10 days I had no wifi, or no heat. And in those days had multiple people in and out of the house.  Just an unpleasant experience.  They aren’t responsive so even if Holyguest claims to have fixed wifi they aren’t responsive.  Beware of Holyland Israel rentals.

Cost me a lot of lost time. Couldn’t do Zoom calls from the apartment without wifi. A lot of money in data since wifi wasn’t working.

Its simply unsuitable and if something breaks you are on your own.  Stay away.  If you take this unit and don’t have air conditioning in a brutally hot Israeli summer don’t be surprised.  If you don’t have Wifi in any holyland guest unit, don’t be surprised.
