I purchased a luxury new home from this builder in October 2019. Despite 4 years of regular follow ups, they failed to meet obligations under the purchase contract (to pay for and install ceiling fans) and they failed to remedy items on the punchlist.

During the 4 years they regularly promised to remedy the items. However, despite these representations, on 8/30/2023, D. Schack, the owner wrote to me to state that they considered all items completed and that they would not be installing fans or paying me money in exchange for their failure to comply with the item agreed to (the fans installation) in the contract for purchase.

In my opinion, this organization and it's agents are very shady and can not be trusted to keep their word. They spent 4 years stringing me along and constantly mismanaging the process of any items they did remedy.

In my opinion, David Schack is not a man of his word and is not someone who can be trusted. I would not do business with him or his compny again.
