***BUYER BEWARE*** Bath Tune-Up and Home Franchise Concepts have done nothing but ignore our complaints in which the owner of Bath Tune-Up of Niceville, Gulf Breeze, Pensacola, Steve Pearson, defrauded us out of $48,000.00. This franchisee took our money and provided absolutely no materials or labor whatsoever. He took our deposit and has evaded and ignored us for an entire year. Phone calls and emails to the corporate headquarters have gotten us absolutely nowhere, even after informing them that we have filed complaints with the state attorney general, our local district attorney etc. The matter is currently being investigated by our local sheriff's department.
