I must too add to the list of those who have been ripped off by them. It's just not right that they can get away with this. I'm a woman of my 70's who wanted something nice for the home. When I got it into the car, I relized it was broken, probably while the men were carelessly packaging it. It seemed all they wanted was money at that time. In fact, it cost a lot of money for the item I purchased. I later researched it and found I could have bought it for 1/2 of what they charged me. When I went nto return the item 5 minutes after Igot into my car, they said no! Mark and Steve double what you can buy anywhere else. Consumers beware. Don't let happen to you what happened to me.
