I rented a 20 yard roll off dumpster through "Hometown Dumpster Rental" for a company called DumpStor! I called DumpStor the night before the planed pickup date and told DumpStor I would need it longer! DumpStor said that the roll-off would be mine until I called to have it picked up! Immediately the next day "Hometown Dumpster Rental" made DumpStor pick up the dumpster! When I called in shock, DumpStor told me they had NO choice because I had rented it from a third party "Hometown Dumpster Rental"! What kind of idiotic company does not work with their subcontractors to satisfy their Customers? "Hometown Dumpster Rental" obviously does not care about their subcontractor customer needs and wants! I will never get suckered into working with "Hometown Dumpster Rental" ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!
