I am writing to formally demand an immediate full refund for a prescription order that was wrongfully charged and shipped to me despite my explicit instructions to cancel the service.

Prior to the shipment, I made multiple calls instructing your company not to send the prescription. Despite my clear communication, the order was sent anyway. As soon as I received the package, I refused the shipment with USPS, and it was returned to you, unopened. Yet, I have not received a refund, and my repeated attempts to resolve this matter with your company have been met with unacceptable delays.

Adding to my frustration, I have been left on hold indefinitely when trying to resolve this issue with Honeybee Health, the pharmacy you use. The lack of responsiveness and accountability is completely unacceptable.

Let me be perfectly clear: I will not tolerate this situation any longer. I expect a full refund to be processed immediately. If this matter is not resolved at once, I will take further action, including filing complaints with consumer protection agencies, the Better Business Bureau, my elected officials, and other regulatory bodies. Additionally, I will share my experience publicly through all available platforms, including social media and consumer advocacy sites such as The Ripoff Report.

This is your final opportunity to resolve this matter amicably. I expect confirmation of my refund within five business days. If I do not receive a response, I will escalate accordingly.

I trust you will take this matter seriously and process my refund immediately.
