I was an out of state customer looking to purchase a new vehicle. I could not imagine being treated more rudely by a salesman who claimed his name was Richard. It appears he lied to me about his name, but nevertheless this gentleman worked in sales at this dealership.

He had a thick accent, was pushy, talked over me, and finally hung up the phone on me. I could not believe I was speaking to someone at a Jaguar dealership. He sounded like a used car salesman. I tried to call back after Richard hung up the phone on me and no one picked up. Disgusting to have an experience like this with a luxury brand.

A quick review of this dealership on yelp revealed many, many customers having the same customer service issues at this dealership. I can't believe Jaguar continues to let them fly their flag. Just dirty and disgusting. In a world where you can take your business anywhere, stay clear of this place. They are to the curb!
