I saw an ad for some cool products on my facebook feed and like an idiot I clicked through... I ended up ordering a bunch of items on there and everything seemed to go smooth.

I received an email from the shop confirming the order and was also sent a text message with tracking information and a link... When I clicked the link to check the tracking it said this tracking information was not found in the system... OK I waited a week to see if maybe they generated the tracking but the order didnt reach the carrier yet... So I checked again... Still same thing..

So I contacted the company which had the email contact as Nadezhda Merzliakova who uses a gmail account with the user name of turmacoolri389 I received a response right away saying they will send me a new tracking nimber once the order ships... I waited another 2 weeks... Still no tracking number... So I went back to the website to contact them again... The website is now gone! and seems like all the shops from this user are under the main url of https://nxxyss.com/

I went back to me email and text and wrote them again as it has been over a month with no tracking or delivery and a missing website... No response!!! I sent a few more emails over the span of the week requesting order information.... Finally I threatened to post to this site saying I got ripped off.... Almost instantly I get a response asking for my order number again... I sent it and Never got a response... So I emailed them a few more times... Still nothing.... I reported it to my credit card company and they are looking into it.... So hopefully I get refunded....

Hopefully No One else gets scammed by these companies! I think facebook is full of ads from scammers and will not buy through any links on there again...
