One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning stated on the phone that the charge to come to the house was $79. The technician never gave an estimate of the charges. He charged $199 diagnostic fee (never discussed) and then without our authorization and without an estimate did the repair.

The technician was there for 45 minutes and replaced a $20 part. After doing repair charged $500. Took $100 off after i complained, but still much higher than I would have paid if I got an estimate. Would have gotten a second opinion. Their business practice was misleading and truly a ripoff.
