One Hour Heating and AC sent out their "best" installer to replace our entire HVAC system and duct work. After the agreed upon work was "completed", the company requested payment. Prior to issuing payment, we (the homeowner) did an inspection of our attic/ ducts, crawl space, and both the outside unit and inside air handler. What we discovered was appallingly terrible, sloppy, intentionally negligent work. Parts of the system where NOT replaced at all and we were told it was and asked for payment. The air handler's electrical plug had the ground prong cut off, so that it would fit into an already smashed in and compromised outlet, creating a hazardous situation. Multiple ducts were not sealed properly, so we were cooling our attic. Insulation had not been replaced around the vents, so condensation was forming on them, a problem we did NOT have prior to this company. Incorrect duct size installed, even though I specifically asked the worker himself for the increase, it still was not done. One duct was not replaced at all. Garbage from the job was thrown and discarded in the attic, a light fixture and clothes hanger were broken and not revealed. The lines that run under the house were NOT replaced, again we were billed for new ones. This company willfully engages in fraudulent business practices. DO NOT USE THEM!
