We were rented a horrible property and had our money stolen by Brandon Kersey and Howard Hanna David Riviera and Sarah binggeli.  They knew of the home's horrible condition because the registered agent was cited back in November of 28 teen we moved into the property of April of 2019 the property has mass amounts of structural damage the roof is caving in and leaking horribly their mass amounts of black mold.

other mold growth the walls are buckling there are broken windows there are mass amounts of lexical issues water damage the property on the outside is full of roofing nails and construction nails that they refused to pick up we have been living in this home for over 5 months with them doing little to no work are making big issues about doing the work my family and I have gotten sick in this property and now they are throwing us out due to its conditions after they knew of the conditions and the home was condemned for the conditions.
