I ordered some expensive linen napkins on 3/13/2021 from the GreatAmerican Bar Store website. They appeared to carry many high end items for home and table.  I paid $132.00 on a debit card, then received an order confirmation.

After a few weeks, I contacted them for the status of my order. The phone number I first used was out of service. I was able to find another by clicking on their FaceBook link.  I called that number and got a recording. Within a minute I received a text saying, "Text me".  I sent a text asking about my order and if they were affiliated with the GABS,  and received a reply that yes, HSD was in fact GABS and the order would be sent the next day. A week later, still nothing. I sent a text asking if it had been sent as well as tracking info. No reply. I sent another text a couple days later saying I had no choice but to report their business as fraudulent. I received a text saying they would credit my card right away. Since I had cancelled the card, I asked for them to credit me via Venmo, PayPal or Zelle. That was on 4/10/2021. Nothing since. I went back to their FaceBook page and see that others are now warning of the same problems with them. 

It looks like they have been in business possibly since 2018, and also have a blog. It's possible they are suffering financially due to COVID, but they should not be taking orders they can not, and have no intention of filling.
