I had Power of Attorney to assist an ill friend to sell his 5th wheel as he is in the U.S. and too sick to travel.  I met with the Gord Bragg, owner manager of Hub City RV of Lantzville B.C. and also Chairman of the Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association of Canada in person and further negotiated on the phone.  We had agreed to the price of $6300.00 and he arrived late Friday afternoon after I had made arrangements to have the driveway cleaned with a power washing firm with a bill of sale and cheque for $5300.00.  When I pointed out to him that this is not what we agreed to he produced a bill of sale and the cheque and said take it or leave it. 

It is not the $1,000 he ripped off my ill friend but rather the sleazy underhanded manner he concocted this scam that makes me so angry.  I am reporting this as I can't believe this person has only done this to me and as a warning to others to not deal with this individual.
