These individuals are scammers they take advantage of your desperation and fuel you to believe that they will get any case dismissed. Let’s just say a top golfer introduced me to this fellow. This guy has about 3 DWI’s I also believe him and Mark Hulk are in cahoots with each other because he STEERED me into the hands of this deceitful attorney. He asked for money aggressively, and then he lied about the video footage. When I asked to see it with my father he backtracked and said that he didn’t mean it that way.
He deliberately avoided phone calls, didn’t respond to emails, or text and was always on vacations. Never got a first hand experience with him until I was set for prosecution. He tried to make me swallow a deal that wasn’t favorable because he told me and I quote " this is the last time im coming to court” Comical cause it was the only time. I would go onto his google reviews and see many people had been ripped off. I checked his instagram he lives off the benefits of his clients but gives no benefits. This dude is a con artist, a snake, a slick talker, and outside of work a gambler and a drunk. Like I said, my friend is his friend, I know a lot about Mark Hull and im ready to go to the furthest extent until he issues a full refund

If they actually promised you a particular legal result, that is highly unethical and you could complain to the state bar. The only thing an attorney can promise to do is represent you to the best of their ability. The only reason a case would be dismissed is if the prosecutor or the police badly screwed up. This rarely happens, especially for routine cases. Even the best lawyer on the planet wouldn't be able to get most cases dismissed.
Also, I seriously doubt a plea deal is unfavorable. Plea deals are almost always better than what you are likely to get if you go to trial, and almost any lawyer will try to negotiate a plea deal instead of going to trial. Obviously, if the evidence against you is very strong, the plea deal will not be much of a deal. But it will still generally be better than what the judge will likely sentence you to.
