Hunt Auto Parts sent me the wrong part--starter and solonoid Montreal Quebec

Hunt Auto Parts advertise that they will not pay shipping for returned items, which I thought meant in the situation that the customer makes the mistake. Now I ordered a 2011 starter and was sent a 2007.  When I asked if they would pay shiping they hid behind their stated policy saying that they had the no return policy. In my experience companies will admit their mistakes and pay return costs.   

Now the starter is quite heavy and I ultimately will lose out even with some refund, if any.  It occurs to me that their counter staff are either very incompetent or they just ship the wrong part on purpose knowing that the customer is basically stuck with what they get.  My advice to anybody dealing with Hunt is to limit their purchases to a few nuts and bolts or don't gamble against this policy.
