            Aloha, My name is Shauna Ellis.  I am making a report on behalf of my father.  We have recently discovered after fighting for our lease back in 2019 that this agency was a scam.  In 2014, this agency was brought to my dads attention by another party.  (It was too good to be true) single father, living alone just trying to make ends meet. So he an two other parties had signed up with this agency.

My father had been paying this agency for about 1 whole year. (documents to show, if needed) On top of him working, and him missing one of the contest hearing and his house was up for foreclosure. He was unable to attend due to work. So years down the line 2019, we recieve a letter of eviction & to vacate the premises immediately. Of course!

We are lost of words wondering what we have done wrong and what we could do to fight for our lease back. So I took it into the hands of the Federal Court. Found whatever resources I could and I fought that case for about 3-4 months for it to get dismissed. Which I am very thankful that God worked in my favor. 

After the year that my father has been paying this agency and finding out that his house was up for foreclosure, he started to pick up payments from 2015-2020 since then & before then my father has been paying his mortgage on time and if it is not in full payment it is always more. & Because my father has been paying this agency for that year it left my father with a deliquent balance with all the interests and late fees that had accumalated within the years.

Now that I am doing more research on the agency. They are nowhere to be found but I do have record of the lady that had signed with my father. She is very much so a scam. From what I've found so far in 2017 she had purchased a vehicle with a fake check. My next step is to find her and get whats rightfully ours and thats all the money she took from us and my family.
