I am writing to share my extremely negative experience with Hyundai Inland Empire. This dealership has not only treated me with blatant disrespect and discrimination but also refused to refund me $4,500 for the cancellation of the service contract and GAP insurance.

As a proud transwoman, I was appalled by the way I was treated. The staff repeatedly misgendered me and made it clear that they hold prejudiced views against the LGBTQ+ community. The level of discrimination I faced was shocking and deeply hurtful.

In addition to this, when I canceled my service contract and GAP insurance, they refused to refund me the $4,500 I was entitled to. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, the dealership has been uncooperative and dismissive.

This experience has been a nightmare from start to finish. I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with Hyundai Inland Empire to think twice. They do not respect their customers' rights and have shown a complete lack of integrity and professionalism.

Avoid Hyundai Inland Empire at all costs. Their discriminatory practices and refusal to honor financial commitments are unacceptable.

Forcing someone to purchase goods or services is a crime. Following purchase, how much time elapsed before you filed a complaint with local law enforcement that you were forced to purchase the extended warranty?

It is foolish to purchase an extended warranty on a new vehicle.

The experience was "a nightmare from start to finish" and was so "deeply hurtful" that you rewarded them with a $77,000 purchase.

You did not dispute the financial terms, yet you posted the financial agreement; however, you did not post the terms of the gap insurance or service agreement which are at the core of your complaint.

First, if they were treating you badly why did you proceed with the purchase? Second, the agreement you posted seems very clear about the charges. What makes you think they are refundable? Why didn't you decline the service contract if you didn't want it? Were they pointing a gun at your head and making you sign?
