Very dissatisfied with this dealer bought a 2021 f150 from them put large amount of money down they sold me a truck that has many issues they told me they could only give me the deal they gave me if I signed the paper work that nite I live 2 hrs away I only seen pictures of truck the sales guy said everything worked in truck it was last day of the month went and picked up truck that I already singed paper for thinking it would be ok stared driving truck home noticed many things wrong the radio had lines in when I arrived home it was dark I could no longer see screen truck shakes at 60 to 80 bad both head light have issues all power outlets dont work all ac vents are broke Tailgate doesn't work when I back up some reverse sensor dgives me a error usb ports dont work back brake pads are worn out rear cargo camera bad motor in driver seat making noises now abs light is on and check brake system paid alot of money for this truck for all these promblem I would not buying anything form.them all they want to fix is screen management wont call me and they left the sales man to deal with me great customer service

Get out the PUKE BUCKET as we delve into the Hyundai of Orange Park Septic Tank. Did YOU even bother to READ what YOU were agreeing to BEFORE YOU agreed to it???? YOU very gladly agreed to go along with the Hyundai of Orange Park FAKE FEE CON-GAME of almost $1000 and the Hyundai of Orange Park "Dealer Installed Options" whether YOU wanted them or not???? Please tell us how many other stores where you have bought things and the store personnel put things in your bags then told you to pay for them whether or not you wanted them? Please tell us! A $994:fee for "documentation"???? You went along with this CON-GAME???? Did you get a warranty? If it was in such great condition, why wouldn't they offer you a FREE warranty? Did you do a test drive? YOU WERE DEFRAUDED by their $1000 PURELY FAKE FEE and guess what, the other slime balls in town, THE BBB goes along with what they did to you, goes along with their FAKE FEE con-game and their "Dealer Installed Options" whether you want them or not FRAUD. The BBB sold these slime balls an A+ FAKE RATING because the BBB is a PAY-FOR-PLAY SCAM. When the BBB tells somebody this dealership slime has an A+ "rating" that customer GETS DEFRAUDED just like you with their con-games. Next time, check out the dealership BEFORE you go in. If ANY dealership ADDS FAKE FEES that tells you HONESTY and INTEGRITY are NOT practiced there and DO NOT TRUST THE BBB because as we have seen with THIS and many other examples, the BBB IS A SCAM. The BBB is NOT a government or law enforcement agency and has absolutely ZERO POWER over any business.
