My buddy recently helped me purchase a car from these people and we thought we were getting a great deal but turns out we bought a lemon. They advertised it as run and drive yet the car itself will not stay on and will definitely not drive anywhere not even 2 inches forward or back.
The car looked pretty good in the pictures for the price nothing written on the windshield yet when we recieved the car we noticed that they had something written on the windshield that the car would not stay idle, basically car wouldnt run, and the car itself would not start at the moment.
Not sure what to do from here lost almost $900 the auction played me they knew that the vehicle was not run & drive clearly still have picture from before i purchased it showing proof that they never let it be known that the car would not stay idle or on. Also the car shoots out an enormous amount of smoke.

What you are admitting to is YOUR FAILURE to use even the slightest bit of COMMON SENSE when buying a used car! What you did is send off your money to somebody you don't know to buy a USED CAR based on pictures!
You didn't check it out, you didn't test drive it! Oh, and it's all their fault, isn't it? The elevator doesn't reach the top floor, does it?
