I engaged with Idea Usher for the development of a music app, investing nearly $20,000 over a period of more than three years. The final product delivered was riddled with serious architectural and technical flaws, confirmed by independent audits that identified outdated practices, memory leaks, and structural issues rendering the app unstable and unscalable.

Throughout the project, I paid the full amount via Bitcoin, with clear proof and transaction IDs to verify the payment. Despite this, the company's co-founder later falsely claimed that I owed an additional $9,644—an allegation that only surfaced almost two years after the payment was made and acknowledged. Their team failed to dispute the payment at the time, and the claim appears to be a strategic move to avoid resolution and shift blame.

Communication was often unprofessional, with threats of legal action, platform bans, and public defamation when issues arose. Their response to my efforts for a fair resolution was dismissive and disrespectful.
