Identity force My debit card was charged but I cannot access my account it just keeps spinning but nkt downloading

On 09/05/23.  I was applying for housing from a Craigslist ad and the person text me and said to download a link to get a background check.  The link took me to identity force and I signed up for the $19.95 ..30 day trial account. It told me to verify my email and I did after logging back in again I tried to access my dashboard and it just kept spinning but never downloading and I clicked on member services and it said I have no services. I called the number listed and they told me a technician would call me in 24 hours. I tried contacting the landlord of the property or person with house for rent  and they are now not responding, after I paid for a credit check and an identity force account. I do not know what's going on. This seems real fraudulent to me
