They routinely price gouge their clients (illegal in Utah), charging them an average of 6k for a 10-30 minute service that the client can get for free. They proactively withhold this information from the clients, making them think the 6k charge is their only option.
They increase the price based on the income of the client, stating that "they can afford it." So I guess Bill Gates pays 30k for an oil change then? If they've determined that they've lost money on one client, they'll overcharge the next client to make up for it.
Repeated (documented) wage theft of their employees. They're potentially facing criminal charges for wage theft and a class action lawsuit against them, for these and other offenses, is being considered.
