The phone calls by Sandra Kelley 6 days before Christmas has been harrassing and abusive her behavior is now complicit and her aim is bitter and nerfarious. Representing an agency that suppose to protect the rights of others. INVESTIGATOR SANDRA KELLEY for the Illinois department of human rights also stated that Erik Jenkins from Becovic Management and a potential tenant was in one of the vacant apartments and I walked in the apartment questioning the potential tenant about his sexual orientation and saying inappropiate homophobic slurrs. Again lets understand some logic/simple things. I was 63, disabled, in many times having excruciating pain. Does this even make sense? The ironic thing about Becovic Management is their system and the state of the art logistics they incorporate. Their system is well organized far as data, precision, dates, times, and chronological orders. However, in this sense their system can be used against them. Everything I state is documented in their system with a file number. .

Furthermore I sent this information to Sandra Kelley certified mail requiring a signiture with approximately 20 pages 2 years ago. Sandra Kelley stated that she never received it. Thirdly, Sandra Kelley stated that Becovic Management stated that they did not know that I had a service dog. Sandra Kelley stated that her position was neutral however, her attitude appears to be focused more into something devious and personal as you will read. By the way each time Sandra Kelley called me I asked if I could record the conversation and she refused to be recorded. However, for the record I was on a speaker phone at approximately 9:30 a.m. thru10:00 a.m. December 19, 2024 at the UIC Denistry 801 S. Paulina Chicago Illinois...3rd floor.Around 15-20 people heard the whole conversation. Sandra Kelly also asked me if I had documentation from a physician stating that my medical condition requires a ESA. I told Sandra Kelley that I have a Service dog which is protected under the ADA americans with disability act. I aslo stated that ESA is an emotional support animal and requires a licensed physians letter/statement as to a mental/psychological/emotional condition. A service dog does not require a letter/statement/ from a physician. Serviice dogs are trained for a particular condition (Blind/mobility/medication distribution) etc.

Sandra Kelley challenged the latter statement I made repeatedly stating that I need a letter from my doctor stating that my condition requires a ESA.. I then told Sandra Kelley that I would find a form to confirm the difference between a ESA and ADA ordinance. I sent her this information and ask her to make a decision and not to contact me anymore. Because now I am filing a complaint against Sandra Kelley as well. No one has the right to use a government agency as a agency to harass and control others. (AFFIRMATIVE ACTION) The rules and laws are set in place to protect the American Citizens who live by the constitution. As I reflect a remark Sandra Kelley also made to me as a question. Becovic management states that I made reference to Erik Jenkins sexual preferance (homosexuality). On social media. Is Erik Jenkins saying that he is not a homosexual.

There is nothing illegal about reference to a persons sexuality. Especially if that person addresses me inappropiately. If someone addresses my name or image as being heterosexual I would not be offended because I am a heterosexual. Is anyone contesting his or her sexual orientation? My first amendment constitutional right constitutes me to speak and express without degendering. I never said anything derogatory or defaming about anyone. However, I pointed out their hidden devices, and manipulations involving that area and some of Becovic management staff. Lets be clear and understand something. The 14th amendment entitles me as an american citizen to be treated fairly and protected fairly by the law. No one has a right to infringe upon or violate my constitutional rights.
