Illinois Veterinarian Clinic/ Medical District Vet Christian and Ruta the crooks!!! Provided me with a document with several deliberate errors!!! Chicago Illinois

Because of the positive feedback in the many previous post I would think this negative experience was deliberate. Nevertheless, I will let you be the judge. I called this veterinary in a quest to attain a DFA permit. (Dog friendly area). After speaking with a lady by the name of "Ruta" I was told  to email my pups medical record stating she had a negative fecal stool, and that all her shots were up to date.

After emailing this information a young man by the name of Christian called me and stated that my pup would need her Leptospirosis . He also stated that the medical record did not state if she had parasites or not. Exactly, but the test did not state that she had parasites either.  Mind you...my pup is 11 months old. Nevertheless, I made an appointment with this veterinary clinic for August 4, 2020. Christian told me I needed 3 different shots and that I could come back in October for 4 more shots including the rabbis shot...my pups rabbis shot was taken in January 2020.

I called the clinic  July 27, 2020 to confirm my appointment  and to find out what the procedures were. "Ruta" answered the phone and told me to come to 2242 W. Harrison  and park in the lane with the white signs, and then call the number posted. Someone would come out and get my pup. I ask..."Am I going in with her"? She stated no...because of the Corono virus we are not allowing anyone in the clinic (UNDERSTOOD) However, she then stated that I would have to sit in my vehicle for about an hour. I cancelled my appointment.

First of all ... calling you after I arrive...you will come get my pup when you are ready....a few shots take less then 5 minutes. So I shopped around and found another clinic "Delta Animal Hospital" 2105 W. Chicago Avenue Chicago Illinois. They were reasonable. I was able to bring my pup in and the process took less than 5 minutes and I got the micro chip. Finally, the medical district veterinary clinic is one of a few clinics that the city of Chicago delegated to render "Dog Friendly Area" passes. So I called and spoke to "Christian" told him that I had the stool sample results and the other shots on file  from the Delta Animal Hospital.

He said for me to email him the information and I did. Christian confirmed  the information and said that I could come in the following morning between 7:00 a.m and 1:00 p.m Saturday. This is the problem. When I got home I noticed many errors on this form. Which appears to be deliberate. The dates for the shots taken July 29, 2020 were all dated November 2, 2019. The stool sample taken July 29, 2020 was dated July 20, 2020 and the Leptospirosis was taken July 29, 2020 but was dated July 20, 2020. The signature on my form is Veterinarian Barb. I could not read the last name. Now to the consumer. If someone does you wrong.

Be detailed and descriptive about the incident. Let the reader decide. In this case. I personally do not believe the Veterinarian signed her name on this document. The reason being. I'm sure she's a professional and understands the many things that can go wrong with this type of paperwork. Someone. Trifling, unprofessional, and ignorant did this. And because of this ...the Medical District Veterinary Clinic will get negative feed back from many different sites in reference to this issue. Thank you for reading. Have a great day!!!
