We had a unusal immigration issue arise and I had contacted Kathryn Reeves at Immigration Attorneys LLP a few times to ask questions before retaining her to represent us in immigration matters. Of course in the first few phone calls with her was upbeat and postive hence the reason for retaining her to begin with.

Well it didn't take long once they received money from us that we had a feeling this was not the right choice. Kathryn simply passed our file to the "office girls" who had no clue to what they were doing. Would get calls often looking for paperwork from us that was right there in front of them. Was told to get physicals long before we actually should have which they do expire.

After over nearly a year of going back and forth with the clueless girls I finally got a hold of Kathryn and had her get involved. It did not take long to realize these people are just taking our money and we are getting nowhere.

Kathryn comes up with request after request for these ridicolous things we need to have before they will even think about submitting our case. Finally had enough and contacted another attorney.  We had a face to face meeting with the new attorney telling him the whole story of what we just went through and where we were as far as progress.

With that aside he listened to our case asked several questions and said. "I only take cases I know I can win in court" with that said, he proceedes to tell us that whatever our former attorney was requesting from us was just not neccassary.  Without going into detail we ended up paying about half of what Immigration Attormeys LLP wanted for their fee and our new attorney had EVERYTHING in place within 3 months!
