Good day Sir,  diplomats and excellencies,     From :  Hillac General Trading company , Mogadishu - Somalia (as a buyer)   Subject : we have a  trading problem against :  IMSSA FOOD GmbH (as a seller) Lauenenstrasse 34 - 3780 Bern-Gstaad, Switzerland ID : CH 72.503.213.46 Tel:+41315280119/499 - e-mail:swiss@imssafood.com    

Summary of deal :    November 4th-2018 We purchased 100 containers of wheat flour from IMSSA FOOD GmbH company  and agreed to send  a down payment , we transferred the money and the IMSSA FOOD GmbH company started to play with us.  

1.0 sellers sent the proforma invoice No.DHBWV3D attached, and to start production with  downpayment of Euro201000

1.1 seller agreed to receive  downpayment of USD110000 ( Euro95527.27 ) bank swift attached , and  start production and the rest to be sent after seller send the draft of bill of lading 

1.2 seller agreed to send an amendment to proforma invoice No.DHBWV3D.

1.3 seller received the USD 110000 .

1.4 after he received the money. He didn’t start any production. 

1.5 now sellers cancelling and decreasing our quantity. 

1.6 proforma invoice didn’t sent yet.

1.7 seller stops answer our phone call.

1.8 seller don’t act accordingly to what he agreed.

1.9 now seller changing their words and saying that we must send the rest of the downpayment and we  see sellers trying to stole more money.   Please advise :  

1.0 please advice what is the best solution to us to fix this problem.

1.1 is it available that a representative from Switzerland  to helps us to handle this problem.

1.2 we afraid that this company trying to stole our money in some legal way.       We appreciate your support and please Kindly note its highly needed .
