industry pieces the industry took my money, did not ship product

on march 23 2020, i was solicited to buy N99 facemasks by this company industry pieces or as they go by "the industry".  To date this has not shipped.  The companies confirmation email of the order states orders will be processed in 1-2 days and ship within 5.  THIS IS A LIE!!

I have emailed the company MANY times, i explained how i am in NYC and in the center of this all and how urgent it is i need these masks. if they can not ship please refund my money.  The first few days, they went and replied to my emails, stating how they will ship soon, and gave me some automated response they likely sent to every other angry customer.

Then i started to call them a scam after view their profile on the BBB and seeing they are RATED AN F and have 100s of bad complaints against them for the same reason.

They are sitting and marketing to customers in this heavily infected areas and preying on people with fear of being sick and simply stealing their money.

This company should be shut down and the owners should be put in jail for fraud.
