ILD made false promises and gave us a website that was not mobile ready and provided fake reports showing that it was mobile ready.  (We tested on 10 different phones - not mobile ready).  

They committed egregious errors:  they wrote false claims about our products that were illegal and allowed them to be posted in a blog format on the web!     They wrote a blog and presented to us telling the world how to make our product at home!  

They used a word press template that has many errors and they were unable to fix or take responsibility for.   ILD’s was unable to install the Wordpress CMS on the the allocated server.  ILD had access but did not have the technical ability to install Wordpress manually. 

ILD team did not know how to nor did not want to create a database, user/pass, upload the CMS in the correct location and permissions, extract, run the web based installer, etc.   As a result, my IT team had to do this install.  ILD can’t blame the tool just because they do not know how to use it. 

We relied on them as experts and were exceptionally disappointed.   A 5:1 ratio is middle of the bell curve for Inbound Marketers.   Their work produced an ROI of .24!  This does not even include the google ad funds.  

When asked about the leads they were supposedly generating, they stated that they were going to an account with mail chimp.  We do not have an account with mail chimp. 

Our shopping car was not completely set up.  It was lacking meta descriptions.  

Our Hubspot tracking data was never placed on our web pages so that we could get accurate analytics but ILD insisted that we pay Hubspot even though, they never utilized this platform.  

SiaMack, the owner gave his personal guarantee to our satisfaction.  After wasting 26,400 for a website that is not even mobile ready nor performing, we have sent 2 registered mail letters trying to make a settlement, they have refused to receive their mailings.
