Inforcepro Deceptive, Oversold/under delivered, Turmoil lack of integrity Austin Texas

This is actually the first time I am putting such a report out on the web. I was motivated to do so becaseu this company has been such a dissapointment. In concept there on the right track with the technology they intend to bring to our industry but in practice. They promised capabilities that were substantially stronger than their capacity. When they could not remotely come close to the capacity they promissed they would not refund money. When the CEO promissed not to charge a renewal untill they could get their systems approved they conveniently do not document it and have a new C.E.O who continues to same philosophy of not taking ownership of problems. The onyl good thing I could say is the ability to reach the C.E.O but unfortunately he is unwilling to act with the proper integrity to give this chance a good shot of building relationships with their clients and what would of been among their greatest advocates. 

The bottom line- They oversell/under deliver and do not work appropriately with their customers to resolve problems. 

What a shame- Hopefully a new company will enter the marketplace that is funded appropriately so they do not need to hold hostage their customers money after failed delivery and act with integrity to grow the company appropriately.
