Inspirato is a complete SCAM!!!!! Denver Colorado

To all families, I strongly advise against wasting your hard-earned money on “INSPIRATO” travel membership. It’s a complete waste of money. I spent over $8,000 to become a member, and you can easily find the same pricing online or even better for the same rooms online or directly through the hotels.

To make matters worse, my family recently booked a $16,000 vacation with “INSPIRATO.” Just before the trip, everyone in my family fell ill with the flu and hasn’t stopped vomiting. While everyone except “INSPIRATO” was willing to either credit or refund us, “INSPIRATO” refused. We offered to provide doctor letters, anything and everything, even ask for just a partial credit. We then called the Conrad hotel to inquire if they could help us. They stated that if we had booked directly, they would have had no problem crediting us. 

To add insult to injury, “INSPIRATO” then asked if we wanted to proceed with canceling the room without a credit for the stay, but only a credit on the tax portion of what they billed us. So they could attempt to rebook the room through this holiday for a second time!!!!

I am not one to ever write reviews, but I hope I can save another family from making the same mistake as ours with buying a “INSPIRATO” membership.
