I bought the ShedPal (pet hair vaccum). Arrived quickly, on May 5, 2024. Upon arrival and testing, it's a cheap piece of trash that does not work at all as advertised. No vacuuming power whatsoever. Not vacuuming 10 hairs of my cat hair. Not even good to be used as a toy. The hair collects and just spins on top of the grooming head without being sucked into the canister and you have to actually pick it up with your hand to remove. Then what is the purpose of having a vacuum? The seller refuses to accept this product is absolute trash. I emailed immediately to customer support, the same day as received. Their return policy is also a joke. You have to have the blessing of their customer support in order to return. Well, they will never admit their product is trash. They will tell you it's "just fine". Here is the response of their customer support, after several days of sending them emails, text messages with complaints and pictures and a video: "The product is just fine and good to use. We've never received any complaints like this before." This is a slap in the face. Like we customers are stupid and they know better. What a disgrace. They scammed me for $32 and I am requesting full refund. I have no problem shipping back their trash product.

This company is scam and the owner should be in jail.
