I received the bottle of rust remover. When I opened the sealed envelope that it was in, the bag had liquid in it. I do not know if the liquid is the rust remover or what because I have never ordered from this company before or ordered this product before, so I do not know what they sent me. I haven't used it because I do not want to get accused of tampering with their product. I do not know if the solution is what I received or something else.

I am not going to take any chances.



I paid them the full price but they offered me a fraction of what I paid for the product. I offered to return to them the bottle if they sent me a return label but they refused. They asked for photos and I sent them. Them they offered me half of what I paid for the product. I refused. They would not have sold me the product for half price.

This company claims that they do anything that they can to please their customers. Well, I am not pleased. Their motto should be to "rip people off."
