I ordered 4 Dell Computer Specific DIMMS from Integrity Global Solution. I even copied the manual specs and emailed the specs to Integrity Global Solutions and they sent out the wrong product.

I emailed Integrity Global Solutions and they emailed me an RMA and a return shipping label. I shipped the order back and agreed to give them a second chance.

After returning the wrong order, Integrity Global Solutions sent out the wrong order a second time. I emailed Integrity Global Solutions a second time requesting an RMA and a return shipping label and shipped the wrong order back a second time, asking for a full refund.

13 Business days later, I wrote to Integrity Global Solutions inquiring about my refund. Today constitutes 15 business days and they are ignoring my emails. 2 Wrong orders and ignoring my emails. Run away from this company.

To be fair,,, on August 7th, 2020, I received a payment of $12.98 which constituted the remainder of my full refund.

Not the whole truth

I am the rep that handled this interaction with this customer. I would like to point out a few things. What he is saying about the refund is completely false, it holds 0 merit whatsoever. At NO point did I ever ignore an email from him (I responded to his email at midnight on a Sunday to answer his questions about his refund. I responded within 3 minutes saying I would look into it, again he woke me up in the middle of the night on a Sunday and I responded politely within three minutes). The refund took a while to get into his account as our normal accounting person was out during that time. Which usually is no issue.

I also never said I wouldn't give him a full refund, in fact I have emails saying I would offer him a full refund. We did refund him his $52.00.

I would also like to respond to the unscrupulous company comment. With this order I personally made a honest mistake in delivering the wrong dimms the first time. This was completely a fault of my own and no one at Integrity's. I was working with the impression that he was operating on a server not a workstation, as I purely work with servers, that is the cause of the issue with the first dimms.

If I was greedy like he mentions I would not have asked him for a second chance. He was originally going to have to wait 10 days for them to arrive from another person. I couln't let that weigh on my conscience so I offered to pay for overnight shipping and locate the correct dimms, knowing I would lose money.

I sold him 4 dimms at $9 dollars a piece, in order to correct my mistake I contacted a partner of mine that deals with workstations. I paid $40 a dimm, over quadruple what I was selling them for. I had the option of paying $20per as well, but opted not to, and went with a more expensive but more reliable partner (this backfired on me). This was with no increase in price to him, I also paid for overnight shipping to him and to me.

The second set of Dimms I was shipped from my partner, were third parties not supported by dell. I ordered them specifically for a dell workstation, since we lack experience with workstations I trusted my partner to deliver working dimms, which he did not do. 

To get him the $36 worth of DIMMS I paid at least over $200, and at the end was willing to buy a PE840 to test them in, and ship him another set. All in all, to get him $36 worth of equipment I spent over 5x that and was willing to spend around $400 (10x) to get him what he needed. Really greedy

He is also the one that is ignoring our emails.

I did make a honest mistake on the original order I sent out to Michael, but at every single step of the way I tried to care of him. I was extremely responsive. Even after he decided to cut ties I gave him advice on what to look for and fair market value for the dimms.

In my opinion it is ludicrous to besmirch our good name that we have worked hard on for 17 years, over $12, when I paid over 5x that trying to get him the DIMMS he wanted. The real rip off is this rip off report, labeling us as a greedy unscrupulous company when I did all of the above for him, all over an honest mistake of mine.

Integrity Global Solutions charged for shipping but received no product.

I contacted my bank about Integrity Global Solutions and finally, after two weeks, I received a partial refund of $39.10, $12.98 short of a full refund. Apparently Integrity Global Solutions believes that I should have to pay for THEIR screw-up.

Greedy unscrupulous company. Run away!
