Intellidrive Didnt pay for services Jacksonville Florida

WARNING STAY AWAY FROM INTELLIDRIVE VSC THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LOWLIFE CHEATS. I purchased an extended vehicle warranty when I purchased my car through intellidrive. When I purchased this contract, it stated that they paid for everything except for seals, gaskets and fluids and wearable parts. I took my car to a local auto-repair shop in town. Had it inspected, come to find out. I needed about five thousand dollars worth of repairs. The shop tried to contact intel drive to get approval for the repairs and it took intellidrive a week to get back to them. Intellidrive offered to pay $1000 of the $5000 it took to repair my car. In the very fine print of the contract, it stated that intellidrive could get a used part from a junkyard and install it on my car. The shop I was at told me they would not install junkyard parts on my car. At that point, i took my car to the local dodge dealership. They came to the same conclusion that I needed about five thousand dollars worth of repairs. They sent in an estimate to intellidrive to get approval and didn't hear back from them for over a week. Once again, intellidrive only offered to pay for a portion of the repairs, and I was stuck with three thousand dollars of the five thousand dollar repairs. I ended up having to cancel $3000 worth of repairs because intel drive would not pay to fix it. After that, I come to find out that intel drive would not pay for the diagnostics fees for the mechanics to figure out what needed to be fixed. Also, they would not pay the shop rate that the mechanics charged for their work. After everything was said and done I ended up having to pay over a thousand dollars out of my pocket to have my car fixed. If I could help anybody out with this article is stay away from Inteldrive vehicle service contract. They are absolutely the worst vsc out there. I have had it mini cars in my life. They came with many service contracts and never, ever come across a cheap company like this.
