Intelligent Surveillance Corp and David Buschhorn Stolen Funds Forney Texas

From March to July 2020, my family and I invested $650k into Intelligent Surveillance Corp or ISC or David Buschhorn. As of today, $438k is past due. The business was formed in 2018 and registered in the state of Texas with the following street address 2401 South Texas Avenue Bryan, TX 77802. The business EIN number 82-3722179. In 2019, the business was moved to Forney, TX for access to low cost manufacturing. 

My family has legal agreements that cover $500k of the $650k principal invested in ISC. The remaining $150k was wired in to support to salaries in the middle of COVID. Fast forward 18 months later, no legal agreement is signed by David Buschhorn and I resigned from my executive role last night (12/22/2021). The $150k was originally earmarked as a short term loan to be paid back within a month. These funds were my wife's who spent 18 years teaching to save. She and her mother were set to start their own business. As David has stolen these funds, and her future rudderless, she returned to teaching last August.

David Buschhorn and ISC have caused tremendous pain for me and my family. My financial profile has deteriorated and his ballooned.
