inthlongrun has cheap crappy products and doesn't stand by it's money back guarantee. I ordered a couple of pairs of pants from their website.  The products arrive and they were garbage.  Not worth the $53 I paid for them.  They looked nothing like the pictures in the ad, and were poorly made with cheap fabric.  I contacted the company because they have a money back guarntee, and requested a refund.  They told me the product arrived and it was what I ordered so they would not refund me money.  I went back and forth for a month, I was first offered $3 to keep the product, then $4, then $8. Each time being told there was nothing they could do, and if I wanted to send the clothes back, I could but it would be so expensive for me.  My contention was they should pay for the shipping, and they should refund me the money.  I paid via paypal and filed a complaint with them.  There I was offered $15.  I declined that offer and this is where we stand. This company does not stand by their website claims. They don't stand by their products. They are really shady. Always saying that they spoke to their manager, they would lose their job, they couldn't do any better.
