Your brand may be approached byYasir Abdul or one of his agents seeking new brands to rip off.
Yasir Abdul will present himself to you as a billionaire and the original as seen on tv guy although you probably never heard of him. He will likely give you a fake offer for your company.
After charming you he will trick you into signing a licensing agreement where he tell you he will make your brand a household name and put it into big box retail.
He will assume your inventory and take over your ecom sites, first paying you back with the proceeds from the sale of your inventory. Eventually he will take over your websites and other assets and completely stop paying you anything.
It gets much worse from there. There are many victims. Do not under any circumstances ever give him administration access to any of your brand assets. His goal is not to increase your brand, it is to take over your existing built in cashflow that your company generates and give you 5% of it.
Do not sign a contract with him containing an NDA ever, he will sue his victims if they speak out.
Jeffrey Lubin seems like a very nice guy, he is not. He will trick you and you will pay dearly later.
