Anyone can pm me on facebook. Several disgruntled past customers have formed a group and intend on contacting the media about the harassment we have all experienced by Mike. My intent is to help someone else to avoid this company and the harassment by the owner, Mike Lierman.

I took my daughter's laptop to Invise in August 2018. One of the keys weren't working. Mike said he could have it fixed in 3 days. All I can say it was a nightmare of 2 months dealing with him. First he told me he had to get extra parts. Then he said they had it fixed and it was better than new. Then he told me it was torn apart and was a piece of junk. When we would make appointments he wouldn't show up, even when we had money in hand to give him. He rarely returned phone calls. He lied so often he could not keep his stories straight.

My daughter and her husband showed up for an appointment to pick up our laptop that Mike had made personally. They had the money to give him. Once again he was not there. His intern said he could not touch the computer. My daugher said she would just grab it then and leave the money.

Intern was on the phone with Mike the whole time and would not let my daughter even see our computer. Mike refused to talk to my daughter. My daughter told the intern to let Mike know she would not leave without our property since this was the second time Mike had broke an appointment. After about 1 hour of waiting for Mike to show up, the intern walks to the front door, goes outside and locks the door with my daughter inside.

The whole time he was being instructed by Mike. The alarm was set, so she couldn't leave without fear of being accused of breaking in. She had to call the police to let her out.  I am including photos of the rude email I got from Mike after this incident, with him admitting that his intern left and locked the door.

Mike is sure to spin a good lie to say this isn't true, but if anyone contacts me, I can show more evidence. He is a crook, and I honestly think he has a mental disorder.

My resolution with Invise only happened when Mike's partner got involved and he agreed to give me my laptop with no charge. The laptop they gave me back was not mine and we had lost everything that was on the hard drive. STEER CLEAR!

Mike, unfortunately has nothing original to post. He replies to every negative review with a cut and paste answer.

Mike, you have made too many people angry and now your ratings are showing it. It was only a matter of time. People are not going to waste their time writing bad reviews on a business they have no issue with. You know I am a customer and you know you treated my whole family terribly.

If you spent as much time on treating your customers well as you do on trying to put out the fires for your bad service, your business might not be suffering right now. I warned you of this over a year ago, but you are continuing to mistreat people. I think you are not cut out for working with the public and should rethink your career choices.

Mike you really have no leg to stand on. People will steer clear of anyone with as many bad reviews you have. They can check your Google ratings, Yelp ratings, BBB rating...all in the toilet. and it is you that have caused it.

Mike has no conscience for his abuse innocent to people. People go to him in good faith that their property will be taken care of, and their personal information will be safe. Some end up like me with a totally different computer and none of my information. Mike doesn't care. He'll never offer an apology. I truly question his mental state as he seems to derive pleasure for the suffering of his customers.

There are customers seeking legal actions. There are some who plan on going to the media.

Once again I offer proof to whomever would like to contact me. I have emails, voice recordings, texts. Unfortunately Mike will lie using his last breath.

Invise Solutions

AUTHOR: Invise Solutions - (United States)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 17, 2019

To Whom it May Concern / Potential Customers / Interested Parties:
My name is Mike Lierman, official representative for Invise Solutions. Put simply, nothing in this Ripoff Report is true, and I would like to take a second to defend my position.

I appreciate the right to freedom of speech, freedom of online comment, and freedom to report experiences and interactions with businesses. I've sure written a few reports on other mediums, in addition to the occasional 1-star reviews detailing my experiences with dishonest businesses. With that said, I want to point out a few problems I have with this report,

  1. This report posted on RR follows on the heals of other harassing content, and all of which occurred during the month of November and December 2019,
    1. Many Facebook messages from fake Facebook profiles threatening to "slaughter my family." Wish I was kidding.
    2. Emails from fake/spam Gmail accounts referencing ISIS, and other militant groups.
    3. Fake Facebook events created referencing my business address and home address.
    4. Constant stream of (last count at 40) fake/spam 1-star reviews posted about us on Google Maps. When removed from Google, they come back within days.
  2. Report Report does not moderate posts; they consider themselves strictly a public forum medium for freedom of speech content. Anyone anywhere can post anything about any person or company. Fake reports and slander can be posted about large companies, celeberties, and even dead people. While there is definitely value in zero validation or censorship, it's a concern when the medium itself can be used as a vehicle for harrassement and abuse; such is the case that is happening to my company, Invise Solutions.
    1. If you check RR's review policy page titled "Want to sue Ripoff Report?" (weird title) located on the bottom of the site - RR specifically states that the hundreds of thousands of comments and reports they receive can't possibly validated, and in their opinion shouldn't be. With millions of comments and reports, you the reader, are then left on your own to determine whether what is posted is true or accurate. Your neighbor could post something about you, and there isn't a dang thing you can do about it. It's here to stay, forever.
    2. "we are not in a position to judge the credibility and truthfulness of the 600,000+ reports and the many millions of other comments posted on our site. [...] all material posted on the Ripoff Report is created entirely by third party users of our site, not by us (this includes reports AND their titles). Because our reports come from users, we are not in a position to know what is accurate and what isn't. Of course, when people contact us to dispute the accuracy of something on our site, we have no way of knowing who they are or whether they are telling the truth."
  3.  It is an absurd to make such a claim as "people get locked in their establishment." This is simply not possible, and if it was, and if this did happen, this would not only be in violation of fire code, but would be a criminal offense. The way locks work are simple, prevent people from the outside coming in. The people on the inside can freely use the handles and lock mechanisms to turn the lock and open the door. That being said, no customer would ever be locked in our office unattended. Employees are the last ones to leave, and the doors are locked behind them only once the building is empty.
  4. If the police have been called so many times on us, which they haven't, but if there were to have, a decision must be made, A) A crime was not committed. B) A crime was committed. If there is reasonable suspicion of a crime being committed, they take appropriate action. Again in this situation, police take action or they don't. Obviously no action has been taken, so thus no fault was determined against my company. This claim makes no sense. I will reiterate that my company does not violate laws, we haven't been charged with any criminal cases, and nor do we intend for any of this to happen. We are an honest company.
  5. In the event of upset customers, we first attempt to disfuse the situation and resolve the concerns. If that doesn't work, more often than not we end up providing a full refund and apology, and move on.

I will close with a simple offer to the public, and anyone that may come across my public response, before you believe something negative written about me or my company, pick up the phone and talk to us, check out our website, and Social Media pages. In the coming months, and quite possibly by the time you read this, we will have massive amounts of free content online, including webinars, tutorials, and information videos - all tapping into our 10+ years in business and the knowledge we've gained.

That, my friends, is not the image of a company that wants to steal your stuff. A company that is dishonest in nature will not take the time to write a well thought out response to an online review, they won't take the time to talk to you about concerns, nor would they ever give away content for free.

Sincerely, Invise Solutions
