  1. Irina Makienko, requested money.
  2. I told her I wouldn't be sending her gifts or money in exchange for communication with her.
  3. She exploded angrily over email where she confirmd/confess she talks to men in exchange for money.
  4. I reported her.
  5. She then made the false claim her email was hacked. Note: I made the money trasnfer out to Irina Makienko and the email she claimed was hacked was provided to me by the dating website (see attachment)

-I've attached proof of the western union transfer I made to her and the email where she exploded and confess her intentions in talking to men in the dating website were she is registered as women seeking a long term relationship with a man.

5.Her dating representative/pimp/scam ringleader whatever he is to her then force her to state her intentions to me. (see attached video)

6.I didn't understand a word she said in Ukrainian. Not that it matters as she can say one thing and do another.

7. She then stated her intentions in English.  (See attached video)

8.Note: Irina Makienko and I have been talking for 3 years and we have yet to meet as she has made every excuse possible to avoid meeting.

9.She has my email and has stop replying. She only wants to talk on dating website making claims she needs translator but google has automatic translator. Again not her talking but the dating agency/web admin/pimp/ outsource customer service center talking to continue to pump money into the website.

10.If these women on Eastern European Dating websites were serious about wanting to talk to men then they would talk to men over the phone and email them, but they don't, they only want to communicate over the dating website because it's the website administrators/dating agency/outsource customer service centers carrying out all the letter writing, replies, and chat invitations and sessions for the website's monetary gain.

Note: You don't talk to the women but rather the dating agency. The women may video conference you occasionally and only by request. Asking for video conference is like asking the desert for water.

Note: The video conference is just an old footage of the lady and she is not live. Give her cues on command and she won't adhere to them.

Note:The women's cut in this scam is the gifts and money they request from you when they start talking to you over email or phone.

14.If you don't believe what I am saying, ask any women there to come to the camera, and they will come up with any excuse to avoid coming to the camera because your not talking to the women, but rather the dating agency, dating website administrator or some outsource chat center.  It is a 100% scam.

I knew what I a was getting into because I not stupid, but I still approached Irina becaue I thought I could turn her and almost did. Normally they don't allow the ladies to talk over email, but they made an exception for me.

This is how the scam works:

The Ukrainian/Russian Dating Website Experience:

  1. Sign up
  2. Get spam letters and chat requests
  3. Talk to impostors
  4. Request lady’s contact information
  5. Talk to lady over phone/email
  6. Lady ask for money and gifts
  7. Send money and gifts (if your willing)------ (I only got this far)
  8. Meet lady ( if it goes that far)
  9. Lady may or may not show up for meeting
  10. Come back to your country (give it a try and ask the lady to come to your country and see if they do. For starters your never have been talking to the lady and if you were the lady is in on the scam, and certainly is not going to come to you for no monetary gain.
  11. Lady stops talking to you

100% scam

Note: Ukraine's HIV rate is almost as high as the Congo's, another good reason to stay away from these websites if you think your the exemption to the scam and want to give them a try.

For the s****.>

Don't take my word for this and read the testimonials. Their are hundreds of thousands FBI reports regarding these Eastern European websites. Positive testimonials are just written by the website administrators themselves.

Note: The internet complaint department doesn't care that these websites exist and neither does the FBI.  These dating websites have existed and will continue to exist because justice has not prevail..

The websites rebuttal will be: “Our ladies have to come in person to register in our office,” (they sound like a broken record when they say that), all which proves nothing. Sure they can come to your offices to register in person, but the ladies true intention is not known. These ladies intentions in registering with dating websites is to con men out of money and gifts. The evidence I attached is proof.

All the best.

Everyone knows the reason these sites exist and there's nothing anyone in law enforcement can do not because they don't care, or justice, all of the other stupid reasons you put.  The reason is because no law enforcement agency has jurisdiction over these web sites, so these sites can operate without any sort of penalty.

If you pay money to these people, that's really your choice, and there are many I know who are loaded and lonely and old.  No one is leaving Ukraine, or anywhere is Eastern Europe to come to you and spend their life with you.  $82 goes a lot farther in countries like that, where you can live on for less than $1K per month.  Few people come here anymore to declare they've been ripped off from a site like this.

I knew what I a was getting into because I not stupid, but I still approached Irina becaue I thought I could turn her and almost did.  You are really stupid if you actually thought for a minute that you could turn her.  She lives a good life there, she makes a whole lot more money than you do per year, even with the pimp she has to pay, and with the cost of living being so much lower there.... she has no incentive to leave anything she's doing until people decide not to give her money.

My suggestion to you:  You are incredibly naive.  Stay off the internet if you plan on finding a woman.
