charged for FAKE OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE/ these 2 clowns do not own the trucks, they have an APP they force you to download force to run illegal & exhausted. Stole THE WHOLE ESCROW. Repossessed the truck when I questioned them about my money. NEVER PAID ON TIME...earliest was Friday night...they owe me $1500

First of all nobody here is from Russia. Second of all we do not offer "fake” occupational accident insurance. We have policies for all of our drivers because in the state of IL, occ insurance is MANDATORY. We also encourage our drivers to get THEIR OWN occ insurance if they prefer. Mrs Gwyn tried to blackmail us by holding our truck and trailer hostage for two days in California demanding to be payed in ADVANCE even though that’s not the company policy. She threatened not to deliver the load untill she gets payed in ADVANCE. So we had to call the POLICE and have her terminated and removed from out vehicle.
Mrs. Gwyn owes us $1800 for late delivery fees and truck recovery costs. We did not take $1500 escrow from her so that statement is totally untruthful. If she she is claiming we owe her money she should go ahead and take that to court so we can settle the issue and figure out who owes money to whom! I am just tired of people asking for money without doing absolutely no work at all.
