Jack Mevorach graduated a bottom tier law school and it shows. Hofstra is not a great law school. 

He is not so blessed... 

In our expereince he is maybe nerotic , incompetent, broke, (cannot even afford malpractice insurance) imagine that.  By hiring a guy like Jack you subjecting yourself to a major risk, as he is unsolvent, a mere reflection of his skills as a lawyer. 





He simply will argue with you about nonesense rather than do his job and figure out the CPLR which he does not understand in my view. 

Avoid at all cost. Bad skills sets and will probably take your money to never pay it back and lose your case., you have been warned.
