Jackson Global Solutions, LLC., Eric Jackson Did Not Do my Paperwork or My Son's Paperwork When We First got Hired, Did Not Pay Us, Were Laid Off, No Contract, No I-9, Discriminates, Gives his African-American Employees More Work Martinez GA, SC

Eric Jackson of Jackson  Global  solutions LLC out of Georgia and South Carolina did not pay me or my son which my son was laid off because of the work slowed down and he was that last one hired so they let him go. They did not have my son or myself  fill out any paperwork prior to being hired, he first told me that we needed to return equipment which my son had modems and I  only had  5 quick connect cables only about 10 of them or they would not get paid. We tried to tell him that we would send it with somebody else back up there and that was not good enough , my son and i did a 12 Hour Turnaround Drive to return the stuff took pictures so that they had proof of us returning the stuff after we sent him the pictures. He then proceeded to tell me and son that we needed to fill out an I-9, which should have been done on the first day of hire three months ago. There was no contract between me and Jackson global solutions LLC me and  my son filled out an I-9 three months later of being hired in order to get our paycheck  today which is direct deposit And we  still have not got paid  Eric never made any contact with my son after being laid off he would reach out to me to tell my son so we still have not got paid and did everything he asked for Eric is also racist. He kept promising me that I would splice and he never let  me he doesn't distribute the work evenly he gives all the big splices to his 4 African American splicers while the Puerto Rican only would get 10 slices or 14 and they would get 25 he Takes money off of the top it's being split four ways or three ways for the splices Eric does not communicate he expects people to be mind readers and then when you don't do what he wants he talks down to you like you're nothing. There's no communication there whatsoever. She tries to act like a big company when his address is a PO Box. He does not even make his contractors carry in any type of insurance and if they do have it, it's not the correct insurance so if something is damaged People will not get their stuff fixed. That company is the worst company to work for cannot keep because he lies to get people there and promises them they will be able to do stuff and he doesn't let them. He only allows his four buddies that are African-American to get all the good work. I know how to splice so there is no reason he could not let me splice
