JAE Construction Group, Inc. Roof Pompano Beach Florida

Jason and his company came to me to replace a roof that was damaged. He sold me on the great work their company does and their honesty. To my dismay, when they started work on the house, they were very messy, did not do what promised, damaged my ac dutcs, gas water heater and bathroom exhaust. They also cracked the ceiling with the careless banging. Failed to replaced most of the rotten wood and never replaced the drip egdes. Additionally, they failed to work with an ac contractor and ended up using the wrong size pitch pans, which they did not even secured to the roof, allowing for water to sip in and travel through the insulation placed on the ceiling.

The water continues ponding and I have yellow stains all over the ceiling.

Whenever I called them to ask to come back and fix  what they broke, Jason went into tantrums and threatened to get his attorney. He was as rude as he was polite at the begining of the negotiations. He also offered me money to leave a good review. Well, I guess that should have tip me off.

To this date, he has not even contact me to fix any of the issues. His crew was obviously afraid because they admitted to my parents that they daaged the ducts and insulation tyorcjhing down the asphalt but when I called the owner, they did not say a word.

Beware. I recently found out that he changes the corporation and business addresses often. At least I have found 3 different ones.
