James Atkinson Finance Associates LLC Wire fraud. Did not supply loan after fees paid North Richland Hills Texas

I was conneccted to James Atkinson and his company Finance Associates LLC through a broker named REginald Metts of everlasting real estate solutions in GA.I was promised 2 real estate loans with 1% origination fee. The 1% fee was paid with promis of funds in a few days. A funding agreement was received. 

In it, it states than an involuntary unemployment insurance policy must be purchased.  I initially agreed until I found out that only one company that is associated with FA sells it and requires a 5% premium to be paid INADVANCE--not to an escrow account or legal team but to him and his ins company!!  this was not disclosed in ANY of the original documentation.

He has since contacted me asking for a $100 itunes card--another populaar scam. He claims that is how refunds are processed.   

This is criminal and I am pressing state and federal charges.
