Excuse me, but YOUR information was sold as a “sales lead" to TEN (10) different auto transport companies when YOU chose to put YOUR REAL PHONE NUMBER on the auto transport quote request form! Without ANY knowledge of WHO else called you, I did so and greeted you in a very congenial and polite manner! I introduced myself only to have you immediately started YELLING at me and blaming me for calling you multiple times prior, when it was actually NINE (9) OTHER DIFFERENT COMPANIES that had your information and who called you! You had the NERVE to accuse ME of being ALL of those others and then you abruptly threw a temper tantrum like a whining little brat, and hung up on me! I ask, WHO is in the wrong here, YOU or me? We have NEVER done business and you are NOT even a legitimate customer of mine!

Common sense! Next time, use your head (I know that this is difficult for you) and create a dedicated email address just for the explicit purpose of obtaining auto transport quotes, and DO NOT put your REAL phone number on the form if you don't want any calls! There, problem solved! You have only YOURSELF to blame for the multiple calls that you received today because YOU and NO ONE ELSE, provided YOUR contact info!

And yet, despite all of this, I would STILL be willing to show you that I am a BIGGER MAN THAN YOU ARE by REDUCING MY BROKER FEE to help you ship your vehicle due to the COVID-19 pandemic that is affecting ALL of us medically and financially! Something that you really don't even deserve and that I really shouldn't do! But to show you that I am a bigger man than you are and a decent human being on top of it all, I would STILL do it just to do my part in helping people during this nightmare! How's that for a guy that you just insulted, yelled at, and hung up on?

EVERYONE is trying to SURVIVE and small businesses like mine are literally hanging by a slender thread during the COVID-19 pandemic, with one (1) out of every four (4) going under. And yet YOU chose to throw a temper tantrum like a whining little brat, just because YOU screwed up by putting YOUR phone number on an online quote request form? What did you expect, that NO ONE would call you? Seriously?

Shame on you for overreacting like an immature young child and blaming innocent others for YOUR OWN shortcomings, and exercising poor judgment! You should stay off of the internet if this is how you are going to behave when dealing with people! THIS is what I get for trying to be a nice guy!
