James Peterson Claims Officer, North America Financial Services Mike Theodore [Name on Check] Told me I won a home mega sweepstakes raffle, sent me a check for $4,620 which I haven't cashed Ontario Canada

I received a letter stating that I won a sweekstake prize of $250,000 in a recent draw in the Home Mega sweepstakes Raffle in the second category drew the winning nunber.  They sent me a check of $4,620 to cover tax and insurance handling fee to process my claim.   I was to call James Peterson Clames officer to activate my check. 

 I was given a pin#: 63211/CA/USA to identify myself and complete the claims process.   I wanted to verify that this wasn't a scam, so I The name on the envelope which was " Home Trust".   I spoke to a representative who told me it was a scam, that they don't give away money.   Then I looked up the address on the check  which was Finish Line, 3308 N Mitthoffer Rd, Indianapolis, IN46235-2332 and found it was a multifamily building with ten residences.   There were three businesses:  Finish Line Inc., FinishLin Youth Foundation, and Quad Medical FInish Line.   The person's authorized signature was Mike Theodore
