While a female resident was going through a difficult divorce, he stalked and harassed her as she was preparing to move. He remained personal friends with her estranged husband who had moved out of state. Clearly this was a huge conflict of interest with concerns about her safety as a single woman.

He engaged in submitting a false report against her driving license to prevent her from moving out of state. She had an impeccable driving record as a lifelong resident of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts + a 99 rating out of 100 points with A+ top rated auto insurer.

He trespassed on her private property × demanded an answer of where she was when her contracted worker answered the door. His demeanor was intimidating + an example of the exact type of police misconduct the American public no longer accepts

ALL complaints submitted by the Town of Boxford Massachusetts TO the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles should be INVESTIGATED for bias against women by JAMES RITER.

Obviously ANY complaint submitted that had NO EVIDENCE is proof of serious police corruption + violation of Civil Rights.
