James Shipman, a commercial broker in Honolulu, Hawaii was sub-leasing out my restaurant space that my wife had her cafe in. Jim would always come around, more often than not, just to say hi, instead of showing space to potential tenants. One of the times I was not helping out in the cafe, Jim and my wife had a "moment".
3 months later my wife admits to having an affair with Jim.
I confront him on his kindling with my wife and he says my wife initiated the whole thing.
Watch out. this guy will try to f*ck anything and f*ck his client over. Guy banged my wife and now I am divorced taking care of two kids all alone. he stopped seeing my wife after I called him out on the affair in front of his wife and his kids. guy is a f*cking loser.
don't trust him and stay away.
