Janetek Windows patio door parts Medford New Jersey

20+ years ago we got a new Jantek patio door installed by a local contractor. A few years ago it became tougher and tougher to open and close the door so we finally found a contractor to fix it. I had to order the parts from Jantek because what we needed done was not included in the satisfaction warranty.

I tried calling Jantek. They do Not answer their phones. Believe me, I tried many, many times to get a human. So I tried messaging them. Months went by. I finally got them to respond by using facebook. After more months of going back and forth with them, I finally got the parts I needed ( $200 for the parts )  only to find out they sent them in a box that was not properly fortified to withstand the shipping and the track came bent.

So, I had to take pictures and fill out yet another service request. One week later they finally responded and then sent a track in a heavily fortified cardboard tube and it arrived safely. Why they didn't send it this way in the first place is beyond me   I would NEVER recommend Jantek. Worst company ever! And believe me, I usually do not write negative reviews. Sad, sad, sad.
